LandScore

landscore.eu

The Italian platform for land data. Find and assess plots of land starting from official public sources: describe what you are looking for in plain words, and LandScore cross-checks cadastre, zoning, constraints and market values on every parcel. It returns the best parcels in a ranked list, with the analysis explained point by point.

For developers and investment funds, technical professionals, real estate agencies, energy companies, banks and valuers, general contractors.

LandScore was born in Italy and is built for Europe: the same engine already works on data from Poland (landscore.pl) and Spain (landscore.es).

How we work

    We work out what the tool has to solve, and for whom, before writing a single line.

    A source and a date on every number

    A value without a source is not data: every result says where it comes from and when it was last updated.

    Tested before it ships

    Every release goes through automated tests: if a test fails, it does not go live.

About

Software made in-house

Semplice is a software company: we design and build everything in-house, from processing raw data to the user interface.

Our first product is LandScore: cadastre, urban plans, constraints and market data, scattered across hundreds of portals and documents, made comparable in a single platform. We bring the same approach to our projects for businesses.
